At Reconstruction Experts we understand the importance of a schedule deadline. Schedule is the third Pillar of Reconstruction, as we understand that completing the job on schedule, is a key protocol to a successful Reconstruction Project.

Critical Path Method Schedule

The most important tool we use to manage the project schedule is the Critical Path Method (CPM). The CPM has every scope/step of the project listed as its own line item to make sure that nothing gets missed or overlooked. Each of these line items will have two sign off dates; one when the work begins and the second when the task is finished. This allows our Project Team to accurately track the progression and milestones of the project.

Three Week Lookahead

Three-Week Look-Ahead

This is our second scheduling protocol that we use which gives a “zoomed in” look at the schedule. This schedule keeps our trade-partners consistently updated as to what has been accomplished and what is yet to come in the immediate future. It will be adjusted every week to show if work has gotten ahead of schedule or is delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
