Three-Week Look-Ahead
This is our second scheduling protocol that we use which gives a “zoomed in” look at the schedule. This schedule keeps our trade-partners consistently updated as to what has been accomplished and what is yet to come in the immediate future. It will be adjusted every week to show if work has gotten ahead of schedule or is delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
